Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to facilitate the creation and execution of comprehensive total rewards initiatives.
  • Generate in-depth reports and presentations detailing trends in compensation, benefits, and overall rewards.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and compare our total rewards strategies with market benchmarks.
  • Assist in the annual review of compensation, including salary adjustments, bonus structures, and incentive programs.
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of a global total rewards strategy aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating talent.
  • Engage in global total rewards projects, offering analytical support and insights.
  • Work collaboratively with HR business partners, regional HR teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the coherence and uniformity of total rewards initiatives.
  • Aid in the creation and dissemination of total rewards policies and guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Extensive experience in compensation and benefits analysis, ideally within a global framework, with over 5 years in the industry.

Essential Skills

  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret intricate data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; familiarity with HRIS and compensation software is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Keen attention to detail and a dedication to precision.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
