We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. in The Hague. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding Interface- and System engineers through detailed engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide Interface- and System engineers through detailed engineering processes, ensuring coherence across designs and disciplines.
- Maintain alignment with functional requirements, budget constraints, and project schedules.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison, offering guidance to clients and coordinating designs and stakeholders effectively.
- Foster close collaboration with Project Managers and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Make periodic visits to factories and project sites worldwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years' experience as a (lead) engineer in multidisciplinary projects.
- Proficiency in low- and medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, short-circuit and selectivity calculations, and compliance with standards such as IEC 61439.
- Skilled in drafting technical reports and test plans.
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for coaching.
- Flexibility for short business trips and adeptness at working under pressure.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
