Main Responsibilities

This role presents a unique opportunity to drive financial performance, analysis, and improvement projects in one of our biggest markets in Europe. As our new Finance Business Partner, you will play a central and integral role in supporting the Dutch business in achieving ambitious financial results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive financial performance, transparency, predictability, and forecast accuracy.
  • Provide analytical, finance, and business support, supporting the actual reporting, budget, and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare and participate in the preparation of various presentations to top management.
  • Contribute to and lead finance and business improvement projects.
  • Provide financial control to ensure compliance with company requirements and local legislation.
Professional Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Demonstrated track record of driving tangible results and business outcomes working with and for senior leaders.
  • Extensive experience working within the field of financial business partnering, financial analysis, business improvement, or similar with demonstrated tangible results.
  • Strong accounting skills and a strong understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow, including underlying drivers.
  • Experience in complex financial reporting preferably coupled with strong knowledge of financial systems and processes.
  • Experience of working in a global matrix organization with many senior stakeholders.
