This role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial performance, analysis, and improvement projects in one of our biggest markets in Europe. As part of our experienced and collaborative finance and leadership team, you will be exposed to our entire value chain.

Main Purpose

As our new Finance Business Partner Netherlands, you will play a central role in supporting the Dutch business in achieving ambitious financial results. You will report to the Regional Leader of Finance Northern Europe and be given a large responsibility for supporting and working on key priorities that move the needle within the financial agenda.

Your Key Responsibilities

Be part of the local management team of GROHE Netherlands to drive the commercial and financial agenda.

Drive financial performance, transparency, predictability, and forecast accuracy.

Provide analytical, finance, and business support, supporting the actual reporting, budget, and forecasting processes and associated governance processes, including business reviews.

Prepare and participate in the preparation of various presentations to top management.

Be a key contributor to driving performance improvements and turnarounds where needed.

Contribute to and lead finance and business improvement projects.

Provide financial control to ensure compliance with company requirements and local legislation.

Professional Qualifications

Demonstrated track record of driving tangible results and business outcomes working with and for senior leaders.

Extensive experience working within the field of financial business partnering, financial analysis, business improvement, or similar with demonstrated tangible results.

Strong accounting skills and a strong understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow, including underlying drivers.

Experience in complex financial reporting, preferably coupled with strong knowledge of financial systems and processes.

Experience of working in a global matrix organization with many senior stakeholders.

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar.

Fluent in English.

Demonstrated leadership skills and strong motivation for developing people.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive decision-making, ability to quickly gain trust, and build strong relationships across the stakeholder landscape.

Ability to proactively manage own work, prioritize, and navigate within the organization to find the help and support needed to complete the task at hand.
