About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to drive financial performance, analysis, and improvement projects in one of our biggest markets in Europe. As a key member of our finance and leadership team, you will be exposed to our entire value chain and play a central role in supporting the Dutch business in achieving ambitious financial results.
Main Purpose of the Position
As our new Finance Business Partner Netherlands, you will be responsible for driving commercial and operational performance, strengthening financial processes, and providing analytical and finance support to the local management team of GROHE Netherlands.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Drive financial performance, transparency, predictability, and forecast accuracy
• Provide analytical, finance, and business support, including actual reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Prepare and participate in the preparation of various presentations to top management
• Contribute to and lead finance and business improvement projects
• Provide financial control to ensure compliance with company requirements and local legislation
• Promote and support a strong team mindset
Professional Qualifications
• Demonstrated track record of driving tangible results and business outcomes working with and for senior leaders
• Extensive experience working within the field of financial business partnering, financial analysis, business improvement, or similar with demonstrated tangible results
• Strong accounting skills and a strong understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow, including underlying drivers
• Experience in complex financial reporting, preferably coupled with strong knowledge of financial systems and processes
• Experience of working in a global matrix organization with many senior stakeholders
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
• Fluent in English

• Strong commercial and business-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize, navigate, and deliver high-quality results
