About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Marel. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our machines at customer sites across West Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute installation jobs.
  • Conduct service visits and troubleshoot production issues at customer sites.
  • Manage local employees in larger installation projects.
  • Keep in touch with and report to customers about your progress.
  • Train customers and provide feedback to colleagues.
  • Prepare for and report on next projects, and engage in personal and technical training.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, or relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and controls engineering is an advantage.
  • Affinity with process engineering and/or food production is a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • EU travel and work documents.
  • Ability to travel regularly within West Europe.
