About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Manager to join our Marine Services team at Boskalis. As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from developing a win-strategy to negotiating contracts with clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that tenders are drawn up in accordance with client and Boskalis requirements.
  • Determining tender strategies in consultation with commercial teams and business unit management.
  • Coordinating with other disciplines to address technical and cost aspects.
  • Managing and guiding tender teams to perform at their best.
  • Participating in negotiations with clients about price and contractual conditions.

You will work closely with our in-house experts to create and deliver complex tender deliverables for high-demanding clients in the oil and gas industry and the renewable energy market.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field for the marine or offshore industry.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the offshore industry, preferably in tender management or project management.
  • Technical and commercial skills and knowledge of the marine or offshore industry.
  • Experience with risk and contract management.
  • An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
