About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Manager to join our team at Boskalis Offshore Marine Services. As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from initial client contact to contract negotiation and award.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tender strategies to match client requirements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all technical and cost aspects are addressed
  • Lead the contractual and legal assessment of tender requirements
  • Manage and guide the tender team to ensure successful outcomes
  • Participate in negotiations with clients and coordinate with internal and external parties
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in the offshore industry, preferably in tender management or project management
  • Technical and commercial skills, with knowledge of the marine or offshore industry
  • Experience with risk and contract management
  • Result-driven personality with a positive and international mindset
  • Excellent command of the English language
