Vattenfall, a leading energy company in Europe, is seeking a talented professional to lead our Electric Mobility team in the Netherlands. With a strong focus on sustainable energy, we're committed to reducing our dependence on fossil fuels and driving the transition to a clean energy system.

As part of our E-Mobility strategy, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of electric mobility in the North Western European market. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of 12 direct and 5 indirect reports, overseeing the tactical execution of services provided to EV drivers and Charge Point Operators across our markets.

The Role

As the Electric Mobility Leader, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the Charge Point Operator (CPO) and Electric Mobility Service Provider (EMSP) strategy in our key markets in Sweden, Germany, and The Netherlands. You'll ensure the stability and growth of our current CPO and EMSP services, keeping operations smooth and efficient.

You'll oversee the IT landscape of our e-Mobility platform and app environments, delivering high-quality services to our customers. Together with your team, you'll design and manage all charging, payment, and collection processes. Close collaboration with Sales and Operations teams in each market ensures that our efforts are fully aligned and that we're prepared for future developments, including Smart Charging, evolving communication standards, and other emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the CPO and EMSP strategy in our key markets.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of 12 direct and 5 indirect reports.
  • Oversee the IT landscape of our e-Mobility platform and app environments.
  • Design and manage all charging, payment, and collection processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams in each market to ensure alignment and preparedness for future developments.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in commerce, marketing & digital.
  • Of which at least 5 years as a Product Lead where you were managing one or more teams.
  • Relevant knowledge of (commercial) digital developments.
  • Knowledge of Payment & collection developments.
  • Knowledge of Lean, KanBan, Scrum and Agile ways of working.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive secondary benefits package, including:

  • 8% holiday allowance.
  • End of year bonus of 4.5% of your annual salary.
  • Profit sharing of up to 3.5% of your annual salary based on the results of Vattenfall Netherlands.
  • NS Business card for commuting or a travel allowance of €0.23 per km up to a maximum of 50 km one way.
  • 25 vacation days, 2.5 vitality days, and for a 40-hour contract: 13 ADV days.
  • Choice budget, which allows you to purchase or sell extra vacation days, buy a e-bicycle, or simply receive it as addition pay.
  • Education budget, because we believe it is important that you can continue to develop yourself.

Based on your education and relevant work experience, your salary for this position will range from €6,400 to €9,400 gross per month, based on a 38-hour workweek.
