About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Accenture in Amsterdam. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily administration of company cars and other mobility services, ensuring timely and efficient processing of requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of mobility-related matters.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum HBO level or equivalent ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • High level of customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
