Key Responsibilities:- Service Definition and Deployment: Contribute to the development and deployment of new services, ensuring they meet customer needs and industry standards.
- Service Delivery and Operations: Manage the day-to-day delivery of services, acting as the primary interface with customers and resolving any issues that arise.
- Service Employee Management: Lead and develop a team of service employees, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to deliver exceptional service.
- Service Level Agreements and KPIs: Define and monitor service level agreements, KPIs, and other service parameters to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Education: University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in service delivery, operations, and management.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of the space industry and its best practices.
- Language: Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with knowledge of another EU member state language an asset.
