Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to join our team at HE Space in Noordwijk, Netherlands.

About the Job

This is a full-time position responsible for providing comprehensive project control services to support the delivery of projects within our organization. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic international team working on various space-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain project planning and control procedures to ensure timely completion and budget compliance;
  • Support the preparation and negotiation of industrial procurements, including contract documentation and risk management;
  • Monitor and manage contracts with respect to cost, progress, invoicing, and payments;
  • Maintain annual budgets, manpower planning, and cost at completion files;
  • Administer financial commitments and monitor compliance with budgetary provisions and financial regulations;
  • Provide required programmatic, workforce, and financial data for regular reporting to management and national delegations;
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent;
  • At least 5 years of experience in project control, preferably in the aerospace industry;
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies;
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management software (e.g., SAP, MS Project);
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Familiarity with relevant ESA corporate applications is an asset.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
