About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fulfilment Manager to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a Fulfilment Manager, you will be responsible for the daily fulfilment of thousands of orders, ensuring that all products are delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the fulfilment team at our Amstelveen warehouse, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled with great care, efficiency, and on time.
  • Oversee the complete and timely stock management for fulfilment items in the Warehouse Management System.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and support procurement inquiries.
  • Implement innovations and continuous improvement of the fulfilment process, working closely with the team and your manager.
  • Support the expedition team as needed, ensuring that outbound transport is running smoothly.
  • Plan activities and people/shifts, ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with agencies on planning and agency worker performance.
  • Provide backup support for the production manager and be part of the warehouse management team.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in (fulfilment) operations.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing a team/shift.
  • Proficient in English (both verbally and written).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to bring structure and attention to detail.
  • Flexible with working hours.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and have a talent for organising.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Digitally proficient with strong IT skills.
