About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fulfilment Manager to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fulfilment process, from receiving and processing orders to dispatching products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of fulfilment staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Oversee the receipt and processing of orders, ensuring that all products are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to customers on time.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our fulfilment operation, including the use of technology and automation where possible.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Service and Marketing, to ensure that customer needs are met and that our products are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize our fulfilment process.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the warehouse is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
