Job Title: Concept Engineer

At AWL-Techniek, we are seeking a highly skilled Concept Engineer to join our team. As a Concept Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the inquiry and sales phase, working closely with colleagues from the sales team, including account management, sales, and proposal engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer-specific inquiries and translate them into technical production solutions.
  • Develop and design technical production solutions for our Automotive Seating clients, taking into account cycle times, feasibility, and potential risks.
  • Perform calculations and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and PowerPoint.
