Job Description

We're seeking a Data Center Lead to join our Amsterdam-based team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing the Data Center construction business for the Benelux region. This is a key role within our organization in a fast-paced and high-growth industry segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the Data Center business development strategy, setting a long-term vision for the Netherlands and Belgium.
  • Lead business generation, including client engagement, bid generation, and conversion.
  • Build strong client relationships through strategic discussions and accompany them throughout project phases.
  • Ensure timely and qualitative project delivery, managing for margin.
  • Define and track project deliverables and KPIs.
  • Build the right teams for each project, setting ourselves up for success.
  • Develop and lead a pipeline of potential projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the Data Center field, in senior leadership roles.
  • Strategic mindset, able to set long-term plans for the business.
  • Strong account management experience.
  • Project/construction management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and great communication.
  • Proactive and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Full fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
