Job Title: Data Center Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Lead to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Data Center Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the data center business strategy for the Benelux region. This is a key role within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the data center business strategy for the Benelux region
  • Lead business development efforts, including client engagement, bid generation, and conversion
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through strategic-level discussions and project delivery
  • Manage project set-up and delivery assurance, including billability and utilization
  • Ensure timely and qualitative project delivery, managing for margin and defining project deliverables and KPIs
  • Build and lead high-performing teams to deliver projects and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the data center field, with a strong track record of leadership and business development
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to set out long-term plans and execute on them
  • Strong account management and project management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
