We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Business Development Manager to support one of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and Engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) & Affiliates:

  • Conduct thorough research to pinpoint and cultivate relationships with influential figures and KOLs within the cryptocurrency sector across designated regions.
  • Collaborate with KOLs and affiliates to boost brand awareness and promote the exchange's products/services within the Web3 ecosystem, aiming to meet quarterly growth objectives.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to effectively utilize KOLs and affiliates for impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate and report on the performance metrics and effectiveness of KOLs and affiliates.
  • Attract high-quality KOLs and affiliates to collaborate with the exchange.

Marketing and Operational Oversight:
Manage daily marketing operations, ensuring alignment with the overarching marketing strategy.Track and assess OKRs to gauge the success of marketing efforts.Continuously update and manage content across diverse marketing platforms, including regional social media, websites, and other channels.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or business development within the Web3 industry, preferably with cryptocurrency exchanges, along with a solid grasp of affiliate marketing initiatives and influencer collaborations.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, or German, with proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong awareness of current Web3 trends, market dynamics, and key industry players, complemented by a deep understanding of local culture and regulations.
  • Proficient in various marketing and analytics tools, including Google Workspace, Gleam, Twitter Analytics, and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and Discord.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Capability to analyze marketing data and extract actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Candidate must reside within the European time zone.
