About the Team
Within the Engineering division, the Engineering delivery team is responsible for all engineering functions related to the development of our Radar and/or Mission System products and solutions. This includes concept definition, system design, development, system integration, verification, validation, and qualification. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Work Package Manager to enhance our team.

About Your Future Role
As a Work Package Manager, you will oversee internal teams executing a work package and manage all related activities to ensure the successful completion of the project, focusing on technical, industrial, and financial dimensions while addressing the requirements of the Project Manager and fulfilling customer expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver your work package within the agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects within the established budget, timeline, and scope.
  • Effectively monitor and communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
  • Guide and support project team members in the tasks assigned to them.

You possess substantial experience in Project Management, particularly in managing complex projects and coordinating diverse technical activities. As a Work Package Manager, you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with significant project management experience.
  • Are recognized as a self-driven leader, eager to engage and develop your team through collaborative efforts and innovative approaches.
  • Exhibit analytical, dynamic, and independent working skills.
  • Utilize your expertise to plan, organize teams, and ensure the follow-up of engineering projects while adhering to deadlines, costs, and quality, with a clear understanding of risks and opportunities.
  • Have a solid understanding of subcontract and work package management (IPMA-C or D certification is advantageous).
  • Can produce concise and high-quality reports.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in financial management, workload planning, and risk assessment.
  • Are familiar with the bidding process.
