About the Team
Within the Engineering division, the Engineering delivery team is responsible for all engineering functions related to the development of our Radar and/or Mission System products and solutions. This includes concept definition, system design, development, system integration, verification, validation, and qualification. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Work Package Manager to enhance our team.
About Your Future Role
As a Work Package Manager, you will oversee internal teams executing a work package and manage all activities related to the work package to ensure project completion in terms of technical, industrial, and financial aspects while meeting the expectations of the Project Manager and fulfilling customer requirements. You will be accountable for delivering your work package on schedule and within the established budget and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects within the agreed budget, timeline, and scope.
- Effectively monitor and communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
- Guide and support project team members with assigned tasks.
Why You Would Be a Great Fit
You possess substantial experience in Project Management of complex projects and coordination of various technical activities. As a Work Package Manager, you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with significant project management experience.
- Are recognized as a self-driven leader, eager to engage and develop your team through collaborative efforts and innovative approaches.
- Exhibit analytical, dynamic, and independent working capabilities.
- Utilize your skills to plan, organize teams, and ensure the follow-up of engineering projects while adhering to deadlines, costs, and quality, with a clear understanding of risks and opportunities.
- Possess good knowledge of subcontract and work package management (IPMA-C or D certification is advantageous).
- Can produce concise and high-quality reports.
- Demonstrate knowledge in financial management, workload planning, and risk assessment.
