Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Consultant in Operational Excellence to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that drive business value and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process assessments and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvement solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Coach and develop junior consultants
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Engineering, Management, or a related field
- 3-6 years of relevant working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- English and Dutch language proficiency
