About the Role
Sia Partners is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Operational Excellence practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects that drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and propose solutions to simplify and improve work processes
- Implement solutions in collaboration with clients
- Manage client relationships and coach them in improving their performance
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Engineering, Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
- 3-6 years of relevant working experience (or PhD)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch
