About the Role

Sia Partners is seeking a Senior Consultant in Operational Excellence to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge and best practices within the organization

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Engineering, Management, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • English and Dutch language proficiency
