We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Project Manager to join our Logistics team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational excellence initiatives to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in our supply chain.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement operational excellence initiatives to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in our supply chain
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
* Lead and manage projects to improve operational processes and reduce waste and costs
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement process improvements and best practices
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in an operational environment, preferably in Logistics or Manufacturing
* 2-3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on operational excellence
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
