About the Role

HelloFresh is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Project Manager to join our ambitious and fast-growing team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our Logistics Operational Excellence team, you will play a leading role in developing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and develop solutions to address them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on operational excellence principles and methodologies, including Lean Management and Toyota Production System.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to build capability within teams on operational excellence tools and methodologies.
  • Communicate and promote operational excellence success stories across the business and act as a change agent within HelloFresh.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in an operational environment, such as logistics, manufacturing, production, or fulfillment, preferably in FMCG.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in project management, managing mid-to-large scale projects.
  • Preferred experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement, in the principles and methodologies of World Class Manufacturing, Lean Management, and/or Toyota Production System.
  • Deep knowledge of logistics management systems and target operating models.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing mid-to-large scale projects, with a strong track record of building capabilities, coaching, training, mentoring, and nurturing teams.
  • Leadership skills, able to navigate and influence others from C-level down to the shop-floor.
  • Fluent in English.
