Job Title: Robotics Sales Manager Netherlands

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sales Manager to lead our robotics sales efforts in the Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Represent our full portfolio of robotics solutions, including iFollow, Escala, Atlas, and racking solutions
  • Achieve individual commercial targets for all robotics solutions, focusing on order intake volume, profitability, revenue timeline, and product mix
  • Support peers in the region and globally to achieve similar targets by sharing leads, relations, and experience
  • Guide selling opportunities from lead to order intake, including prospecting and visiting customers, presenting vendor capabilities, qualifying opportunities, and drafting solutions
  • Negotiate and close business, supported by the Commercial Director and in line with company targets
  • Ensure firm proposals are validated by engineering, contracts are approved by legal, and commercials are agreed upon by commercial management
  • Acquire POs and hand over projects to execution
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in automated intralogistics sales (cranes, AS/RS, etc.)
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote fashion
  • Autonomous and hands-on sales manager able to close both smaller and bigger deals
