Human Resources Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join NBCUniversal as a Human Resources Manager, leading the HR agenda for our businesses in the Netherlands and Belgium. As a business partner, you will drive local initiatives to align with regional, international, and global strategies.
About You- You have substantive years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partnering capacity within a dynamic international environment.
- You possess excellent business acumen and credible sparring skills, with the ability to navigate complex matrix structures.
- You have a proven track record in operational HR aspects, such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR administration.
- You are a strategic thinker who can shift from hands-on execution to high-level strategy.
- You will report directly to the HR Director, CEE, and be part of the local management team and EMEA HR team.
- You will supervise one HR Coordinator, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- You will drive HR programs, projects, and initiatives across all businesses in the Benelux region, maintaining compliance and delivering quick solutions tailored to local needs.
- HR Programs and Business Partnering: Be an effective business partner for local leaders, acting as a sounding board and change agent to drive behavioral and organizational changes.
- Talent Management & Acquisition: Lead local talent management programs, coach managers, and contribute to building a culture of continuous development and feedback.
- Compensation and Benefits: Maintain employee benefits programs, inform employees of benefits, and implement C&B initiatives aligned with guidelines.
- Learning & Development: Analyze training needs against local business strategy, play a proactive role in defining and delivering training initiatives, and support talent development projects.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Drive the local DEI agenda, organize activities and trainings, and create a diverse, equal, and inclusive culture in the local office.
- Employee Relations & Policies: Support a culture of trust, promote open communication, and provide guidance on best practices and company values.
- Labour Conditions: Advise on and implement local labor condition needs, ensuring adherence to legislation and maintaining a safe work environment.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000-$100,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
Location: This role is based in Amsterdam or Brussels, with regular travel between both locations.
