Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Technology Specialist to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. As an OT Services Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our IT support systems. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders, triaging and escalating tickets, monitoring system activities, and actively participating in cybersecurity initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Triage and escalate tickets to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor system activities to identify potential issues and implement proactive measures.
  • Participate in cybersecurity initiatives to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Support hardware maintenance, systems configuration, and the implementation of updates and policies.

Requirements
  • Education: A minimum of a Secondary Vocational Education degree (Dutch MBO level 4) in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of working experience with a solid understanding of IT service management processes (ITIL) and ITSM tools.
  • Technical Proficiency: Broad technical knowledge in desktop and server infrastructure, enterprise applications, and certifications such as Microsoft (Windows Support/Server, Office365, MS Exchange, Azure, MTP), ITIL4, Cisco CCST/CCNA.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Strong customer service skills, critical thinking ability, and proficiency in problem-solving.
  • Documentation and Detail Orientation: Ability to generate written instructions, support documentation, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English language skills, both written and oral, to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
