Job Title: Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist, Revenue Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist, Revenue Care to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel. As a key member of our Sea Logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our internal customers' experience is a positive one each and every time they engage with the Operational Care Center.

Your Role

Reporting to the Sea Logistics Operational Care Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all billing is correct and completed in time within the set parameters. You will review the Gross Profit and confirm accuracy, collaborating with the operational team to ensure all information needed for billing is filed in the system.

Your Responsibilities
  • Responsible for billing of accounts using the pricing quoted to clients within the period established.
  • Ensure all billing is correct and covering all charges and completed in time within the set parameters.
  • Ensure that all costs are entered correctly and completely.
  • You will review the Gross Profit and confirm accuracy.
  • Collaborating with the operational team to ensure all information needed for billing is filed in the system.
  • To identify and structurally resolve performance gaps in collaboration with stakeholders across our CCL, OCC, and Finance departments.
  • To systematically review and reduce the minimum provision for bad debts and write-offs.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • 1+ years' Customer Service experience (Relationship Management)
  • 1+ years' billing experience processing billing.
  • You will have good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • You will have understanding of operational financial activities.
  • You will have the ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • You will have the ability to work in the office 3/2 days a week.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office.
