About the Role

The Controller EMEA will be responsible for the financial management of the EMEA region, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders. This role will also involve managing the EMEA finance team and collaborating with regional controllers in APAC and Americas.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports for the EMEA region, including the preparation of reporting packages.
  • Coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets in collaboration with the business.
  • Participate in the Monthly Business Review meeting and ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are accurate and timely recorded.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Company's external auditors and other financial consultants or authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies and J-SOX.
  • Collaborate with the Group Controller to initiate, change, and implement financial policies, procedures, and financial controls.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Discuss the progress and quality of work with the team and Group Controller.
  • Discuss financial results with the management team and other stakeholders.
