About the Role

The Controller EMEA will be responsible for the financial management of the EMEA region. This includes accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, management of the EMEA finance team, and collaboration with regional controllers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit financial reports for the EMEA region, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
  • Coordinate the preparation of forecasting and budgeting for entities in the EMEA region.
  • Ensure accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and other financial consultants.
  • Collaborate with the Group Controller to implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
