About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Decisioning Expert to join our team at ITL Netherlands. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our decisioning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration of decisioning frameworks across our organization, defining and driving implementation of standards, strategy architecture, and arbitration frameworks.
  • Collaborate with scrum teams to provide application leadership and vision, ensuring the effective use of insights, analyses, and reports.
  • Ensure consistency in communications across inbound and outbound channels and be accountable for the quality of assets implemented by our team.
  • Develop and maintain overall strategy and expected end state, including people, process, and technology.
  • Optimize decisioning frameworks to maximize business value and ensure re-use and best practices are adopted across the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in decisioning frameworks, with a strong understanding of strategy architecture and arbitration frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with Pega Marketing and Decisioning frameworks is highly desirable.
