Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team at Syncreon America Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and assigning maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians to perform daily checks, PM requirements, and maintenance requests.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are properly documented and recorded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Develop and maintain systems for capturing data from daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
  • Ensure that all team members are trained and proficient in emergency action plans and QEHS procedures.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in maintenance operations or a related field.
  • Trade certification in a relevant field (e.g. electrician, welder, mechanic, plumber).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
