About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Finance Regulation Program Manager to join our Strategic and Regulatory Change (SRC) team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing the Sustainable Finance Regulations (SFR) program, collaborating with IT and Business colleagues to support different capabilities within the bank related to mandatory disclosures, improving data architecture, data processes, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the SFR program, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as a key team player, demonstrating the values of ABN AMRO (Care, Courage, and Collaboration).
Requirements
  • Proven track record as an experienced Project/Program Manager in IT & business services delivery.
  • Extensive experience in regulatory change projects, including knowledge of ESG regulations.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, interfacing with various contacts at both program and project levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the bank's value chain, from client engagement to external reporting.
