About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Sustainable Finance Regulations (SFR) program at ABN AMRO Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing the regulations by collaborating with both IT and Business colleagues to support different capabilities within the bank related to the required mandatory disclosures, improving data architecture, data processes, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement processes to establish a solid control framework on data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the delivery of sustainable finance objectives, derived from both regulations and the bank's internal strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results.
  • Act as a key team player, demonstrating the values of ABN AMRO, including Care, Courage, and Collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as an experienced Project/Program Manager in IT & business services delivery.
  • Extensive experience in regulatory change projects, including knowledge of ESG regulations.
  • Experience with direct stakeholder-facing management roles, interfacing with various contacts at both program and project levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the value chain of a bank, from client engagement to external reporting.
