About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead our Sustainable Finance Regulation programme. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the programme’s objectives and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a programme plan that aligns with the bank’s strategic objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of cross-functional experts to deliver programme objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that programme objectives are met and that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process
  • Ensure that all programme activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate programme risks and ensure that all programme activities are compliant with regulatory requirements


Requirements

  • Proven experience in programme management, with a track record of delivering complex programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of cross-functional experts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate programme risks


Working Environment

The successful candidate will be part of the Finance & Risk business grids, working within the Strategic and Regulatory Change (SRC) team. This team is responsible for leading large change programmes for a broad number of topics related to regulatory, IT and business change within the remit of Finance and Risk.
