Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at ZT Systems. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting daily operational matters and ensuring that delivery time, quality, and other KPIs are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating and maintaining dashboards to track production efficiency, quality, and lead times.
- Coordinating with planners and Failure Analysis engineers to identify and resolve issues.
- Reporting and escalating to the management team to ensure timely resolution of problems.
- Investigating abnormalities and visualizing status updates to inform decision-making.
- Maintaining and adjusting existing KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Completed HBO education or higher in a technical field.
- Experience with database structures (queries, SQL) and excellent Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and good knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
