We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at ZT Systems. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting daily operational matters and ensuring that delivery time, quality, and other KPIs are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating and maintaining dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Coordinating with planners and Failure Analysis engineers to identify areas for improvement
- Reporting and escalating issues to the management team
- Investigating abnormalities and providing recommendations for improvement
- Visualizing status updates and maintaining an overview of ongoing actions that influence KPIs
- Completed HBO education or higher in a technical field
- Experience with database structures and SQL
- Excellent Excel skills
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both oral and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Experience in drawing up and executing business processes
