About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our Defence and Security sales team. As a key representative of Robin Radar Systems, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business in the Counter Drone market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy to drive business growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, focusing on customer relationships and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Represent Robin Radar Systems in the Defence and Security market, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 20 years of international sales experience, with at least 5 years of sales management.
  • Proven success with Governmental/Military clients and experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Passion for (radar) technology and ability to understand and communicate complex concepts.
  • Fluency in English, with Dutch or other languages a plus.
