Key Responsibilities
- Represent ABN AMRO Bank in the Wealth Management & Personal Banking franchises in the Netherlands and Belgium, and externally
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering connectivity and building a deep understanding of their organisation and investment offering
- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth
- Deliver input for overall strategy and monitor market developments that may impact ABN AMRO Bank or our clients
- Develop and deliver a service proposition that exceeds client expectations through proactive engagement, presentations, and training
- Partner with colleagues and functions across ABN AMRO Bank to serve client needs and improve the client experience
About the Team
The Internal Channels team covers ABN AMRO Wealth Management & Personal Banking in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will report to the Head of Internal Channels and be an ambassador for ABN AMRO Bank, building the bridge between ABN AMRO Bank, the ABN AMRO head office, and local sales organisations.
About You
We are looking for a true team player with strong communicative and relationship-building skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a willingness to take ownership and lead in a complex and international environment. You should have:
Over 10 years of relevant experience at an international Asset Management firmExcellent client management, consultative selling, and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand complex investment solutions and associated operating modelsThorough understanding of investing in a Wealth Management & Personal Banking context and the key activities required to service ABN AMRO BankProficiency in strategic account planning, setting objectives, translating into concrete milestones and sub-deliverables, and executing accordinglyGood understanding of the regulatory asset management landscape and how it impacts our internal clientsHigh inter-cultural sensitivity and organisational awarenessWillingness to regularly travel to our Paris officeFluency in Dutch and EnglishWhat We Offer
- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits
- Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year
- Personal development Budget of €1,000 per year, which can be accumulated up to €3,000
