Position OverviewIn the role of Financial Operations Manager, you will oversee the management of financial and excise administration. You will lead these departments and contribute to shaping the financial direction of the organization. Your involvement will be crucial in enhancing processes and systems, ensuring that management receives timely and accurate financial information, including reports and closures.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing budgets and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Managing and analyzing cash flows, both incoming and outgoing.
- Budgeting and controlling costs, including conducting cost-benefit analyses.
- Acting as the key user of financial systems.
As an innovative and resourceful Financial Operations Manager, you will leverage your expertise to enhance service delivery. Additionally, you should possess:
- A completed HBO degree in Finance & Control, Accountancy, or SPD;
- Experience in the relevant field;

- Experience with automated data processing (financial software) and reporting systems (Power BI);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, accountability, a collaborative mindset, and discipline.
