JOB TITLE: Senior Project Management Associate

Location: Mijdrecht

Role Overview:

In this role, you will oversee both regional and international projects, as well as manage cross-functional project teams throughout the Late Development, Commercialization, Launch, and Post-Launch Phases, ensuring that objectives related to Project Schedule, Cost, Capital, Quality, and Customer Service are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

You will handle multiple concurrent projects, which may involve moderate supply chain complexities (i.e., multiple key manufacturing sites per project with diverse technologies and sourcing for both domestic and international locations):

  • Define and manage project scope
  • Create and oversee a comprehensive project schedule to fulfill launch commitments across all specified countries
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to meet project goals
  • Ensure that all relevant cross-functional Subject Matter Experts are engaged to deliver essential sub-processes and milestones, focusing on meeting Cost of Sales, Capital, Quality, and Customer Service metrics, including First Arrival dates and Case Fill Rates
  • Monitor project progress against deliverables and milestones, provide status reports, and escalate issues as necessary
  • Maintain comprehensive Project Documentation (including Master Data in PWA, MS Project Timelines, StageGate Documents, Risk Registers, Issue Logs, OneNote, Close Out Reports, etc.)
  • Manage internal and external communication plans for the team (Stakeholders, Sponsors, and Executives)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
  • Required previous project management experience, ideally in manufacturing, purchasing, planning, or distribution (approximately 3-4 years)
  • Preferred experience in new product launches, contract manufacturing, and financial analysis related to operations
  • Project Management (PMI) or Supply Chain (APICS) certification is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools for timeline management
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal

Note: Depending on the candidate's experience, this position may be filled as Senior Associate or Associate Manager.
