Job Title: Senior Project Management Associate

Location: Mijdrecht

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Management Associate to lead regional and global projects, as well as cross-functional project teams in Late Development, Commercialization, Launch, and Post Launch Phases. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project objectives are met, including project schedule, cost, capital, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple, simultaneous projects with complex supply chains, including multiple key manufacturing sites with varying technologies and sourcing to both domestic and export locations.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules to meet launch commitments in each country defined in project scope.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to achieve project objectives.
  • Engage cross-functional Subject Matter Experts to deliver key sub-processes and milestones required for the project, focusing on meeting Cost of Sales, Capital, Quality, and Customer Service metrics.
  • Track project progress against deliverables/milestones, issue status reports, and escalate breakdowns and issues as necessary.
  • Maintain Project Documentation, including Master Data in PWA, MS Project Timeline, StageGate Documents, Risk Register, Issue Log, OneNote, and Close Out Report.
  • Manage communication plans internal to the team and external to the team, including Stakeholders, Sponsors, and Executives.

Requirements:

  • BS or BA technical/business degree.
  • Previous project management experience required, preferably in manufacturing, or purchasing/planning/distribution (approximately 3-4 years).
  • Experience in new product launches, contract manufacturing, and financial analysis as it relates to operations preferred.
  • Project Management (PMI) or Supply Chain (APICS) certification would be a competitive advantage.
  • Ability to work with MS Project or similar project management tool to manage project timeline.
  • Fluency in English language, both verbal and written.

Depending on candidate's experience, the position could be filled as Senior Associate or Associate Manager.
