Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Associate to join our team at SC Johnson Professional. As a Project Management Associate, you will be responsible for leading regional and global projects, as well as cross-functional project teams, to ensure that project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple, simultaneous projects with complex supply chains, including multiple key manufacturing sites and varying technologies and sourcing.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules to meet launch commitments in each country defined in project scope.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to achieve project objectives.
  • Engage cross-functional Subject Matter Experts to deliver key sub-processes and milestones required for the project.
  • Track project progress against deliverables/milestones, issue status reports, and escalate breakdowns and issues as necessary.
  • Maintain Project Documentation, including Master Data in PWA, MS Project Timeline, StageGate Documents, Risk Register, Issue Log, and Close Out Report.
  • Manage communication plans internal to the team and external to the team, including stakeholders, sponsors, and executives.

Requirements:

  • BS or BA technical/business degree.
  • Previous project management experience required, preferably in manufacturing, or purchasing/planning/distribution (approximately 3-4 years).
  • Experience in new product launches, contract manufacturing, and financial analysis as it relates to operations preferred.
  • Project Management (PMI) or Supply Chain (APICS) certification would be a competitive advantage.
  • Ability to work with MS Project or similar project management tool to manage project timeline.
  • Fluency in English language, both verbal and written.
