Introduction

ASML is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Diversity and Inclusion team as a Project Management Intern. As a key member of our team, you will provide project management support to our D&I Program Manager and contribute to our approach to driving diversity and inclusion within the company.

Your Responsibilities

As a Project Management Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing project management support to our D&I Program Manager, including administrative tasks, meeting arrangements, and project coordination.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives, including content creation and awareness-raising activities.
  • Collaborating with our global Diversity & Inclusion Specialists and other colleagues to achieve project goals.
  • Supporting the D&I Program Manager in the development and implementation of project plans, including stakeholder engagement and project monitoring.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience in project management activities, preferably in a business or HR context.
  • A strong passion for people and a genuine interest in diversity and inclusion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A good command of English, as we work in an international community.
