Introduction

ASML is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Program as a Project Management Intern. As a key member of our team, you will provide project management support to our D&I Program Manager and contribute to our approach to driving diversity and inclusion within the company.

Your Assignment

As a Project Management Intern, you will be responsible for providing project management support to our D&I Program Manager. This will include tasks such as project-related administrative tasks, arranging and preparing meetings and off-sites, and running and leading smaller sub-projects under the program manager's supervision. You will also have the opportunity to gain program-, project-, and change management skills, as well as intensive diversity and inclusion knowledge and practical application.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor or master's degree in a field related to Business Administration or HR, with experience in project management-related activities. You will also need to have a passion for people and a strong interest in diversity and inclusion. Additionally, you will need to be proactive, hands-on, and independent, with a good command of English, as we work within an international community.
