Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Krefeld. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the existing clients' needs and wishes to ensure more orders. You will think proactively along with the client and the processes within Monta.

You will also be responsible for implementing new clients from the moment our HQ Sales team closes the deal. The entire implementation phase will be in your hands, meaning you will be responsible for all contacts with the clients beyond the first order. Together with the logistics team, you will optimize the output and ensure that quality is met and promises made are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize clients' needs and wishes to ensure more orders
  • Implement new clients from the moment the deal is closed
  • Manage all contacts with clients beyond the first order
  • Work with the logistics team to optimize output and ensure quality

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Available 40 hours per week (location Krefeld)
  • Pragmatic, proactive, and higher professional education level
  • Communicative and social skills, with humor and excellent collaboration
