We're on the hunt for an exceptional Investment Manager to join our team As an Investment Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the way in sourcing, assessing, and executing investment opportunities that fit our firm's vision.
Key Tasks:
- Sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities across industrial and traditional sectors
- Conducting comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on potential investments
- Driving deal execution and working closely with portfolio companies to boost growth and profitability
- Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, advisors, and intermediaries
- Monitoring portfolio performance and offering strategic guidance to maximize returns
What You'll Need:
- 5-7 years of experience in private equity, M&A, transaction services, or strategy consulting
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and business evaluation
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and value creation
- Results-driven and commercially focused mindset
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
