People Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our team at i3D.net. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the People Operations team, ensuring the smooth execution of HR-related activities across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Providing HR support and consultation to business leaders and employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and relocation processes.
- Coordinating the implementation of new HR programs and processes, such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on people operations and management.
- Proven track record of building and optimizing HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to maintain and store records securely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
