  • Identify and document client-related risk issues and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Collaborate with internal partners to automate manual processes and improve efficiency
  • Deliver high-quality client service and ensure timely escalation of issues
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client service and relationship management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential
